• USUARIO es usted, persona física, que accede al Sitio y se registra con la información requerida por PerlasShop.com
• SITIO es nuestra página accesible por Internet, de propiedad de PerlasShop.com
• ADHESIÓN la forma de aceptación electrónica a este acuerdo. Es el momento en que usted, el Usuario, reconoce y acepta todas las cláusulas y condiciones para participar de las actividades de nuestro sitio. Ese momento sucede cuando usted llena los datos en el registro de nuestro sitio (PerlasShop.com).

2. ¿Por qué necesita de este acuerdo?
El objetivo de nuestro Sitio es proporcionar a usted, Usuario, la prestación de servicios: la venta directa de perlas y joyería con Perlas del Mar de Cortez. Este acuerdo nos protege a ambas partes.

3. Como acceder a nuestro Sitio

• Usted solamente necesita registrarse, el acceso al Sitio es gratuito, no habiendo límite de tiempo y de veces para acceso, permanencia y/o de participación del Usuario.
• Después del registro, el acceso al Sitio estará a la disposición del Usuario las 24 (veinticuatro) horas del día, 7 (siete) días de la semana, salvo interrupciones necesarias por ocasión de servicios de mantenimiento del sistema y/o servidor, fallas cualesquiera de servicios en la operación de las empresas abastecedora de energía eléctrica, de telecomunicación, de proveedores de acceso y de la propia Internet, además de casos fortuitos o acciones de terceros.
• Recuerde que usted, el Usuario, es responsable del equipo necesario para el acceso al Sitio, tales como computadora, enlace a Internet, y por los costos de la conexión no limitada a proveedores, energía eléctrica, cuentas telefónicas, etc.

4. Como registrarse

• Para registrarse el usuario deberá llenar el formulario de registro, el cual incluye  su nombre completo, fecha de nacimiento, correo electrónico, dirección completa, entre otros datos esenciales para su uso. Esta información no será vendida ni transferida a terceros EXCEPTO para otorgar el Servicio de Envío por Mensajería/Paquetería (de otra forma sería imposible hacerle el envío de la mercancía).
• IMPORTANTE: Su registro (correo y contraseña) de entrada son de uso personal e intransferible del Usuario, y su utilización -correcta o incorrecta- será de exclusiva responsabilidad para el Usuario.
• Toda las información -personal o no- que halla sido libremente introducida por el Usuario al Blog de PerlasShop.com pasará a ser propiedad exclusiva de PerlasShop.com
• Observará rigurosamente los términos y Condiciones de su Política de Privacidad;
• PerlasShop.com queda, desde ahora, autorizada a divulgar toda y cualesquiera información del Usuario, en la que sea obligada por fuerza de Ley o mediante orden judicial.

5. DE LA RESPONSABILIDAD DEL USUARIO

• Toda la información del usuario registradas en el Sitio deberán ser exactas y verdaderas y es exclusiva responsabilidad del Usuario.
• El Usuario declara y garantiza que es titular de la información registrada, siendo el único responsable por el contenido de sus opiniones.

6. PerlasShop.com

• PerlasShop.com hará su mejor esfuerzo para mantener el Sitio accesible en la forma de este contrato.
• Queda, entretanto, esclarecido que PerlasShop.com no será responsable por la inviabilidad de informaciones y de acceso al Sitio debido a fallas o casos fortuitos.

7. PROPIEDAD INTELECTUAL Y DERECHOS DEL AUTOR

• Queda desde ahora esclarecido que todo el contenido del Sitio, incluso, pero sin limitaciones, las marcas, expresiones de propaganda, nombres de dominio y comerciales, están debidamente autorizados a favor de PerlasShop.com, estando protegidos por la legislación aplicable a la propiedad industrial y derechos de autor y conexos.
• Cualesquiera infracciones a las disposiciones legales y a las condiciones de este contrato, por el Usuario, resultarán en la aplicación de las sanciones oportunas.

8. ALTERACIONES, CANCELACIÓN Y EXCLUSIONES

• PerlasShop.com se reserva el derecho de alterar unilateralmente los términos y condiciones de este contrato a su conveniencia.
• Para confirmar la vigencia de este contrato y de la información prestadas, el Usuario deberá hacer clic en el botón "Acepto".
• PerlasShop.com se reserva el derecho de exclusión de cualquier Usuario, a criterio exclusivo suyo e independientemente de notificación o aviso previo en ese sentido.

9. DISPOSICIONES GENERALES

• PerlasShop.com podrá -eventualmente- ofrecer otro tipos de actividades y/o servicios adicionales, mediante alteración y/o por intermedio de aditamento a este contrato o optar por su cancelación y substitución por un nuevo contrato.
• En la eventual ocurrencia de cualquiera de los hechos previstos arriba, el Usuario deberá manifestar expresamente su aceptación a las nuevas condiciones y/o al nuevo contrato, caso desee acceder al Sitio y utilizar los beneficios, servicios y facilidades.
